The Data Interpretation of Questionnaire Result Part B: Likert-Scale Question
In this data analysis method, the data from google form was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, more specifically SmartPLS, the second generation which is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) techniques. PLS is effective with SEM that include latent variables and a series of cause-and-effect relationships.
